About Digno

Digno is an HR tech SaaS that helps organizations run tasks, goals and rewards in an agile way. An AI scoring engine rates each employee on finished tasks, consistency and engagement, then sorts the result into four bands, with Poor at the bottom and Pro at the top.

Down the road, the same score may also support human resource pooling.

What we delivered: idea to product, strategy and design, branding, marketing content, web app and website.

The problem leaders faced

Leaders were juggling many tools and still had no single picture of their teams and projects. Digno set out to build a product that would:

  • Show resources and projects in one place.
  • Fit the goal frameworks teams already run, whether that is OKRs (objectives and key results), KPIs (key performance indicators) or MBO (management by objectives).
  • Express performance as one plain score that makes sense to managers and staff alike.

How we shaped the product

We started with research: we collected requirements from stakeholders and end users to pin down the scoring formula, and we reviewed competitors that had attacked the same problem. As a SaaS design agency, we turned those findings into five core experiences.

Compare employee performance at a glance

A side-by-side chart lets managers line up scores and spot the top performer instantly.

A single score for any industry

One health score fits every kind of organization, and its bands, Poor through Pro, are easy to read.

A brand that tells the goal management story

Alongside the product, we created the Digno brand and its marketing content. Everything points to one message: goal management and employee evaluation in a single platform.

Employees see their own score

Every employee has a personal Digno score page that explains the factors behind the number and tracks it over time.

Goals and tasks on the go

The Digno mobile app puts scores, tasks and goals in the pocket of every manager and employee.

What we built

The finished product is a central hub that stores employee data and computes the Digno score across three levels.

  • Organization score: a single health score for the company.
  • Department scoring: productivity, engagement, tenure and consistency for each department.
  • Individual employee scoring: every person's score, tasks and progress.

Making an AI-generated score feel fair and readable is the kind of challenge we take on as an AI UX design agency.

The organization dashboard puts the health score, leaderboard, department charts, employees and departments on one screen.
