Terms of Service

The rules for using the ui-ux.agency website: what you may do with our content, what our pages promise and do not promise, and which law applies.

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These terms apply when you browse ui-ux.agency, the website of the UI UX design agency of tkxel ("we", "us"). Using the site means you accept them. How we treat your personal data is covered separately in our privacy policy.

Using the site

You may read, share and link to our pages. You may not:

  • copy our articles, guides, case studies or images into another website or product
  • scrape the site at a rate that slows it down for other visitors
  • try to break into the site, its forms or the systems behind them
  • send form submissions that are false, abusive or meant to sell to us

Information on the site is not an offer

Our service pages, guides and cost ranges explain how we usually work and what projects usually cost. They help you plan; they are not a quote. Every engagement starts with a free consultation and a written proposal, and the signed proposal or contract decides scope, price and timeline.

Our content

The text, illustrations, case studies, logos and code of this site belong to tkxel or to the clients and partners who allowed us to show their work. Client names and logos remain the property of those clients. Short quotes with a link back to the original page are fine.

What you send us

When you send us a brief or project description through a form, you keep the rights to it. We use it only to reply, scope the work and prepare a proposal, as described in the privacy policy. Please do not send passwords or confidential files through the forms; we will share a secure way to exchange them if needed.

Links to other sites

Our guides link to tools, studies and other companies' websites. We do not control those sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

No warranty

We work to keep every page accurate and current, but the site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the site or relying on its general information. Work we do for clients is governed by the contract for that work, not by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any dispute about the site goes to the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.

Changes

We update these terms when the site or the law changes, and the effective date above shows the latest version.
