ui-ux.agency is the UI UX design agency of tkxel. This policy covers the ui-ux.agency website and the forms on it. It says what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and what you can ask us to do with it. The rules for using the site are in our terms of service.
What we collect
What you type into a form. Our consultation, contact and checklist forms ask for some or all of the following:
- name, work email and phone number
- job title and the service you are interested in
- a description of your project
- whether you agree to receive our marketing emails
Each form also records which page and which form you used, so we know what you were reading when you wrote to us.
What your browser sends. When you load a page, our hosting provider receives standard request data: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. We do not run advertising trackers.
Analytics. When we turn on Microsoft Clarity, it records anonymized clicks, scrolls and page interactions so we can see where our pages confuse people. Clarity masks the text you type into forms.
Why we use it
- To answer you. Your form details go to our sales team by email so a designer can reply, usually within one business day.
- To prepare a proposal. We use your project description to scope the work and suggest a team.
- To send updates you asked for. We email design guides and news only if you ticked the marketing box, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site working and safe. Request data helps us block abuse and fix errors.
- To improve our pages. Analytics shows which pages help visitors and which do not.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Microsoft (Clarity and our business email) stores analytics and the emails we receive.
- tkxel, our parent company, may see your enquiry when you ask for development work as well as design.
Each of them processes data only to provide its service to us. We share data with others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we are discussing or delivering work with you, and for up to three years after our last contact. Marketing consent lasts until you withdraw it. Analytics data follows Microsoft Clarity's own retention period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop sending you marketing emails
Email hello@ui-ux.agency and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR give you further rights, and we honor them.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, sets cookies to tell one visit from another. You can block them in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
When we change how we handle data, we update this page and its effective date.
